IT Help Desk

Workplace:
Warsaw (Poland) Modlińska street, No. 344 (Białołęka district)

As Helpdesk IT, you’ll be responsible for supporting end users in case of application failures or requests according to defined processes. You will act as first level support to all end users. 

 

Your tasks:

  • Supporting and training new and current users.
  • Initiating and routing tickets to internal (2nd level) and external (3rd level) of IT support groups and tracking tickets until closed.
  • Identifying, evaluating and prioritizing User's request for incidents and problems.
  • Taking care of self-improvement, self-learning and up-to-date being within own area of responsibility, to ensure continuous being withholding and personal growth.

Your background: 

  • Great experience in working as a team member of IT Service Organization, Customer Service or IT Call Centre.   
  • Fluency in written and oral English.
  • Good work organization skills.  
  • Administration of MS Sharepoint.
  • Knowledge of computer hardware.

Experience: 

  • Great experience in working  as a team member of IT Service Organization, Customer Service or IT Call Centre.
  • Fluency in written and oral English.
  • Good work organization skills.
  • Administration of MS Sharepoint.
  • Knowledge of computer hardware.
  • Knowledge of Citrix Solution and Cloud Solution such as: Azure, Amazon, Google will be an additional asset.
