Office Coordinator


    • Ensuring high standard of services provided to internal and external customers.
    • Ensuring proper functioning of UGI offices in Region East.
    • Monitoring office administration costs.

Your responsibilities:

      • Coordination of tasks related to the support of UGI offices in Region East (3 locations)
      • Monitoring and control of office costs according to a budget plan
      • Supervising and monitoring the work of administrative staff
      • Organising meetings and managing databases
      • Dealing with correspondence, couriers
      • Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients 
      • Organising meetings and managing databases 
      • Maintain the office condition and reporting faults
      • Management of the common part of the office
      • Day to day administration support for the employees


Our requirements:

      • At least 5-year experience in the area of office administration 
      • Very good English speaking skills, allowing smooth spoken and written communication
      • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
      • Very well-developed interpersonal skills
      • Orientation towards internal and external customers
      • Ability to set priorities and work under time pressure
      • Ability to work independently and regularly
      • Analysis and synthesis skills
      • Resistance to stress 
      • Discretion and responsibility 
      • B category driver license
