Your responsibilities:
- Support Back Office team in daily activities
- Checking documents and information for correctness and completeness
- Performing customer and contract master data cleaning
- Supporting Back Office team in handling and documenting customer accounts
- Storing, verifying, and archiving documentation.
- Assisting and coordinating information flow with other teams in leveraged and retained organization
- Preparing reports
- Following and contributing to the communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Taking incoming customer calls, resolving basic customer queries
Our requirements | Must have
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Working knowledge of English both verbal and written
- Working knowledge of MS Office, with strong excel skills
- Proficiency in Polish and Czech or Slovak
- Working hours: 8am to 4 pm
- Working calendar according to SK/CZ holidays
Asset
- Experience in working with customer master data and master data cleansing processes
- Proficiency in other European language
