Logistics Associate



    • Coordinates orders, shipment and distribution of goods


      • Plans shipments based on product availability and customer requests
      • Tracks orders to ensure timely deliveries
      • Prepares the shipping documents such as invoices, purchase orders and bills of loading
      • General administration duties relating to Distribution Routing & Scheduling
      • General order management tasks as required
      • Delivers high quality, professional and proactive day to day service within the agreed SLAs and ensures timely completion


Our requirements:

      • University diploma in Business or Logistics, preferably distribution
      • 1 year of experience in Order Processing or relevant scope 
      • Analytical skills and attention to details
      • Ability to utilize MS Excel 
      • Proficiency in English both verbal and written
      • Proactivity in looking for best solutions for rendered services
      • Abilty to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines 
      • Excellent communication skills
