Role objective
- To support Finance Teams in LSC to coordinate the delivery of various projects by coordinating the roadmap, implementation timeline, progress, tracking milestones, challenges & risks.
Core Elements of this role
- Experience in project type of work, with frequent internal interactions (i.e. workshops, presentations, trainings, project work)
- Strong end to end process knowledge / experience in project management in the Credit-to-Cash (C2C) & Purchase to Pay (P2P) areas
- Min 3 years stakeholder management. Ability to build and maintain positive stakeholder relationships
Your responsibilities:
- Leading projects involving the transformation of processes and technologies within the Finance SSC (primarily focused on new tools implementation, process (re)-design, evaluation of the potential for automation, implementation of new solutions, transition of activities, training delivery, and change management)
- Planning, designing, and leading workshops and important gatherings needed to secure the progress of the projects and ensure buy-in of the key stakeholders
- Leading projects with complete accountability for high quality deliverables with minimum guidance (working with Business Process Owners and Subject Matter Experts)
- Managing the planning of resources, implementation timeline, progress etc
- Acting as a liaison between different teams (LSC Finance Teams; Local Finance Teams; Business Process Owners; IT; Finance Transformation)
- Communicating status to the project team on a frequent basis to emphasize progress and accomplishments. Track milestones, project barriers, and risks
- Creating and overseeing high quality progress reports to enable timely decision-making and effective risk and issue management
- Managing the prioritization of needs between the teams working on various projects and priorities to reduce conflict and support efficient resource planning
- Supporting resource planning and management for projects, ensuring effective resource use with a focus on cost effectiveness and quality
- Collaborating successfully across the teams to support achievement of successful project outcomes
Our requirements | Must have:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in business, financial, commercial, economical or technical discipline; Professional Accounting
- 4-6 years in financial management and project management roles in an international environment with demonstrated change management capabilities
- Continuous Improvement and Innovation mindset and experience
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Experience in conducting workshops and meetings with 10+ people
- Experienced in presenting to various audiences, with crisp, consistent message that deliveres clarity and impact
- Good command of English written and spoken, min C1 level
Asset
- Understanding of GBS/SSC/BPO environment ways of working
- Knowledge of MS Office package
- Knowledge of JDE/Oracle
