LPG Investment Coordinator

Location in Warsaw, Burakowska 14

The purpose of the role: Responsible for supporting the Logistics department, specifically Transportation Manager PL.

Your responsibilities:

        • Planning and commissioning of transport for the delivery and picking up of LPG installations 
        • Scheduling and ordering of transports for delivery and acceptance of LPG installations.
        • Administration of invocices from transport subcontractors.
        • Telephone contact with customers to confirm transport dates (installations and pickups).
        • Issuing orders to retrieve from warehouses the necessary equipment for the foundation (description is on the transport order).
        • Ordering transports and planning routes.
        • Inspection of completed routes and transferred materials (verification of Protocols).
        • Accounting for invoices and entering them into JDE.
        • Disposition of assets distributed by Vendors to Customers (in GBS and JDE).
        • De-registration of received tanks in GBS .
        • Reporting of quantities and costs of transports performed (separately exports, separately imports, types of tanks).
        • Cooperation with Customers and Vendors on planned transports.
        • Coordination of cooperation with Vendors to optimize transports.
        • Control of transportation costs and route documents.
        • Acceptance of invoices from Vendors in GMA (technical program) and JDE (pr. accounting).
        • Data entry of transport protocols into GMA and GBS.
        • De-registration of received tanks (GMA, UDT).
        • Quality control of subcontractors (audits and inspections).

 

What we are looking for 

        • If you are fluent in English.
        • If you have knowledge of the local transport market (in particular ADR, in bulk).
        • If you have knowledge of laws and regulations in the TSL industry.
        • If you have high level of analytical skills.
        •  If you have a good level of problem-solving and negotiation skills.
        • If you have a good problem solving approach to tasks.
        •  If you have good knowledge of ERP systems and MS Excel.
        • If you have high level of accuracy relating to data entry, collation of data, producing reports, filing. 
        • If you are a strong team player, ability to support the wider Planning Team (LSC).
        • If you have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
        • If you have organizational capabilities.
