Back Office Specialist with Slovak and Czech language temporary role 6 months

Location in Warsaw, Burakowska 14

Your responsibilities:

  • Processing customer, contract Data entry in the system.
  • Assisting and coordinating information flow with other teams in leveraged and retained organization.
  • Drafting, storing, verifying, and archiving documentation.
  • Preparing reports and contracts termination.
  • Supporting Back-office team in handling and documenting customer accounts.
  • Following and contributing to the communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

Who we are looking for?

      • If you are native Slovak and Czech language verbal and written. 
      • If you are working knowledge of English.
      • Nice if you have min. 1 years’ experience in similar position.
      • If you are self-reliance. 
      • If you facility for multi-tasking, prioritizing, and managing time effectively. 
      • If you like comfortable working both individually and as part of a team.
      • If you are expert in Microsoft Office package.
      • Nice if you have experience in customer support.
