Your responsibilities:
- Processing customer, contract Data entry in the system.
- Assisting and coordinating information flow with other teams in leveraged and retained organization.
- Drafting, storing, verifying, and archiving documentation.
- Preparing reports and contracts termination.
- Supporting Back-office team in handling and documenting customer accounts.
- Following and contributing to the communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Who we are looking for?
- If you are native Slovak and Czech language verbal and written.
- If you are working knowledge of English.
- Nice if you have min. 1 years’ experience in similar position.
- If you are self-reliance.
- If you facility for multi-tasking, prioritizing, and managing time effectively.
- If you like comfortable working both individually and as part of a team.
- If you are expert in Microsoft Office package.
- Nice if you have experience in customer support.
