Logistic Coordinator with Czech or Slovak Language

The purpose of the role:

• Ensuring dependable, on-time delivery of LPG to our customers - from the warehouse to the end customer - through efficient supply chain coordination, proactive problem-solving, and the highest safety standards in LPG handling.

Your responsibilities

• Coordinate last mile road freight deliveries of LPG products
• Planning shipments based on product availability and customer requests
• Tracking orders to ensure timely deliveries
• Ensuring that services are delivered within the agreed SLAs
• Coordinating supply chain procedures to maximize the quality of delivery
• Preparing shipping documents such as invoices, purchase orders, and bills of loading
• Schedule and coordinate drivers
• Maintaining updated records of orders, suppliers, and customers
• Providing customers with information about the status of their orders
• Producing periodic efficiency reports (weekly, monthly, etc.)
• Optimizing and improving processes by identifying best practices and methods
• Acting as the first point of contact for key internal and external stakeholders (e.g., Customer Experience, drivers, customers)

Our requirements

• Czech or Slovak language: C2 or native
• University diploma in Business or Logistics, transport or related fields
• 1-2 years of experience in distribution 
• Organizational and coordination skills
• Computer-savvy, with working knowledge of logistics software (ERP/TMS)
• Proficiency Polish both verbal and written
• Good knowledge of Excel
• Initiative-taking attitude in seeking the best solutions for services rendered
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent communication skills

Optional

• Knowledge of the OTREC system or similar systems
• Proficiency in English both verbal and written
