LPG in ceramics production

Gas is the most optimal fuel for various types of furnaces. Not only is it cost-effective, but it also opens up a wide range of new possibilities for the equipment it powers.

LPG chamber furnace

For example, a gas chamber furnace is a device frequently required for certain firing processes. The use of gas may also be necessitated by connection requirements. This type of solution is distinguished primarily by its short heating time and very high firing efficiency. Gas kilns are often used in various creative projects, and high-power gas burners are a decisive advantage of these devices in such applications. Thanks to automatic temperature control, there are truly many possibilities not only in production but also in heating products. The burners are ignited manually, and the subsequent operation of the gas furnace is controlled via a controller. This is precisely why switching between low and high loads is fully automated. The burners are optimized such that once they reach 300°C, they are capable of providing quite precise control. Nevertheless, it is better to completely dry the product beforehand, which will prevent it from heating up too quickly in the lower temperature range and, consequently, the possibility of product defects. When the program ends, the burners are automatically turned off. A liquid gas chamber kiln can provide precisely these operating conditions. It allows for the firing of ceramics and other products in a truly efficient manner.

The main benefits of using a system leased:

  • High gas quality and cost-effectiveness compared to electricity
  • Free service and 24-hour emergency hotline with service response
  • Extended service life of radiators and burners
  • Consistent and timely deliveries
  • Fixed Price Hedge - AmeriGas allows you to sign a fixed-term contract with a price guarantee, enabling precise estimation of production costs
  • When burned, liquefied petroleum gas emits 20% less CO2 than when burning fuel oil and 50% less than when burning coal. Furthermore, the combustion of liquefied petroleum gas does not produce dust or fluorites, and is therefore non-toxic. LPG can be used in conjunction with the latest low-emission technologies, making a power plant using this gas more environmentally friendly.
